Welcome to Lake Bluff Baseball
House Baseball kicked off with our Opening Day Ceremonies on Saturday, April 13. Because of the unpredictable Spring weather, please follow us on Twitter @lbyba for the latest field updates. This will generally only be updated for House GAMES. Coaches will make calls on House practice cancellations. Communication on Travel games and practices will come from travel coaches. You can also check the status of games and practices due to weather on the following weather hotlines:
Lake Forest Fields/Weather Hotline: (847) 234-6702
Lake Bluff Fields/Weather Hotline: (847) 604-0148
Travel
LBYBA requires its 9 thru 12 year old travel players to play in our spring House League to be eligible to play in our Travel League. The travel season generally begins at the end of May and runs thru the end of July.
LBYBA’s 13 & 14 year old travel teams play travel baseball through Scouts Baseball. For information on the Scouts Baseball program, click here.
House
Our House league is designed to expose kids at all skill levels to the game of baseball. The typical season is 7 practices, 14 games, plus an end of the season double elimination tournament. Players will have the opportunity to play different positions during the season.
